Delivery
Delivery Times
Orders placed on weekdays are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
The estimated delivery time within Sweden is 2–4 business days after your order has been shipped.
During periods of high demand, such as during promotions or holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We offer delivery within Sweden.
- Free shipping on orders over 1,200 SEK.
- For orders under 1,200 SEK, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information so that you can easily follow your package.
Unclaimed parcels
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred for return shipping and handling.
Delayed or damaged deliveries
If your delivery is delayed or if the package has been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gaia-atelier.com. Please include photos if the package or product is damaged, and we will assist you further.
