Return policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Bouquets are sold as complete arrangements and must be returned in their entirety.
How to make a return
- Send an email to info@gaia-atelier.com and include your order number.
- Pack the product well in its original packaging.
- Send the return to the return address provided by us.
- Save the receipt and tracking number until the return has arrived.
- Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Good to know
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- We recommend that you send the return via a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds are processed once the return has been received and approved.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
